This code of conduct & etiquette (this "Code of Conduct") forms an essential part of the Terms Of Use and Conditions of Service (the "Terms"). Any undefined terms in this Code of Conduct shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

By using this website and its services, you agree to abide by and be bound by this Code of Conduct.

Any breach by you of this Code of Conduct is a material breach of the Terms and can result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account(s), a lifetime ban from this website and its services and other potential civil and criminal legal action depending on the severity of your violation.

1. Etiquette To Models

   When interacting directly with this website's Model(s), whether on this website, its services, in any forum private or public, in real life or at any event, you agree to comply with the following:

   1. Just as our Model(s) are required to respect your anonymity and your privacy, you are required to respect their privacy and the degree of anonymity they may desire for the content that they provide.

   2. You agree to keep all information they share with you as private and confidential information and agree not share such information to anyone without the Model's direct and express permission.

      This includes but is not limited to:

      1. Relationship statuses and/or type(s)

      2. Projects, goals and objectives

      3. Sexuality, sexual preference(s) or identities

      4. Any spiritual or religious associations

      5. Any social or political views

      6. Any personally identifiable information shared with you (this includes their real name)

      7. Their location or the names of any common hang-out places

   3. You will not address the Model(s) by any pet names they have not given you express permission to use that isn't a direct reference to any of their actual screen-names whether or not it's within a 'private' setting

      Examples include, but are not limited to:

      babe, baby, bae, darling, honey, hun, love, sweetie, sweetness

   4. You will not attempt to research or lookup any private or personally identifiable information about the Model(s), such as their name, address or any other social activities, or attempt to connect with any of their personal social profiles not provided by this website or its services.

   5. You will be respectful and tactful and not 'creepy' or uncivil in your communications with our Model(s), as their level of interest in you may not be mutual or to the same degree as yours in them.

      Under this clause our Model(s) reserve the right to limit, block, or ban your account(s) in the event that they feel you have crossed the line with them.

      However, all our Models know that it's in their best interest, and are encouraged, to inform you of any potential edging on the line to maintain a safe and positive environment for themselves and other Community Members.

   6. You will not make any demands of or threaten them in any way

   7. If you encounter our Model(s) in real life:

      1. You will acknowledge and treat the Model(s) as fellow human beings who have their own needs, desires, goals, aspirations, fears and insecurities as anyone else

      2. You will not physically touch the Model(s) in any way that is without their direct and express invitation

      3. Aside from the moments where they are officially a guest celebrity at an event, you will acknowledge and respect their rights and desire to be at the venue or event purely for their own social pleasure without being hounded by a fan-club that interferes with their outing

      4. You will allow the Model(s) to distance themselves from you as they see fit to interact with other fans or continue their own social objectives and not consider it a snub or speak poorly about it in any way

   8. If you know our Model(s) in real life:

      1. You will not 'out' their activities on this website or its services to anyone else to defame or gossip about the Model(s).

         You will not share this website or any its services to anyone, even by way of referencing it, in order to direct negative attention towards the Model(s).

         Basically, you may refer to the Model(s) as a "model" or "performer" to others; but leave it up to the Model(s) to share what they do, or their work, with anyone else based on their own personal discretions.

      2. You will not criticize or rebuke the Model(s) directly, or to anyone else, for any of their activities on this website or its services.

2. User Conduct

   Everyone accessing this website and its services agrees to comply with the following:

   1. You will follow all applicable laws when using this website and/or its services and will not use this website or its services for any unlawful purpose. This includes without limitation, any use that would subject us to criminal or civil liability.

   2. You will not allow anyone to have access to your account(s) and will maintain the safety and security of any, and all, of your login information to your username or password to prevent any unauthorized access.

      You will not attempt to, or actually, use any other Community Member's Account(s). You may not transfer your Account(s) to any other person.

   3. You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your Account(s) when interacting with others on this website or its services.

      You will not post any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, racist, invasive of privacy rights, unlawful, or otherwise offensive.

   4. You agree to keep all information contained on or provided through this website or its services as private and confidential and agree not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you.

   5. You will not use this website or its services to infringe on any privacy right, property right, or other civil right of any person.

      Similarly, you will not use this website or its services to illegally obtain, create or distribute unlawful copies of copyrighted material.

      This includes without limitation the posting or requesting of materials that either you or the party you are requesting them from, do not have any legal right to obtain.

   6. You will not use this website or its services to publish or forward any chain letters, advertisements, spam, or any similar commercial message.

      You will not send unsolicited communications to any Community Member except as part of the normal chat service.

   7. You will not take any action to mask your identity such as using fake or doctored profile information, faked headers or other mechanisms used to conceal the source of any communication.

   8. You will not appear in service uniforms including, by way of example only, military uniforms or religious attire.

   9. You will not use any automated (or semi-automated) means to unfairly enhance an account; such as creating a false impression of traffic to any chatroom, or artificially increasing follower count.

   10. You will not create additional accounts in an attempt to circumvent a ban by us or another Community Member.

   11. You will not use this website or its services to send or request any obscene materials, including without limitation, child pornography and any materials offensive to a person's dignity.

       You will not allow any person below the Age of Majority to appear in any Community Member Content or allow any such person to access or use this website or its services.

   12. You will not use this website or its services to obtain personal data or usage information, either by manual or automated means, and regardless of whether or not such data is aggregated and anonymized or identifiable. You may not use automated tools to collect data such as robots, crawlers or other data mining tools.

   13. You will not attempt to defeat any security features of this website or its services or reverse engineer any code or content. You will also not post any links to third party site, or introduce in any way to this website or its services, any malicious code.

   14. You will only use this website and/or its services for your own personal enjoyment.

       You will not commercially exploit, otherwise sell, reproduce in any manner, or link to (including framing the site in any other website or content regardless of whether proper attribution is given) any Community Member Content, communication made within this website, its services or any portion thereof.

   15. You will not take any actions which in and of themselves, or together with other actions would directly or indirectly violate our Privacy Policy.

   16. You will not reveal any personally identifiable information about any Community Member or request any such information.

   17. You will not use this website or its services to offer, discuss or arrange for prostitution, escort services or any other type of compensation for meeting type arrangement.

   18. Models and Community Members may exchange information with other Community Members, including contact information, but MAY NOT use the Model's or Community Members' information to provide any unsolicited content or services, nor anything in violation of these Terms.

   19. You will not advertise any commercial websites, under any circumstances; but Community Members are allowed to mention their own personal profiles, homepages and wish lists.

   20. You will not make any statements, written or verbal, or cause or encourage others to make any statements, written or verbal, which defame, disparage, or in any way criticize this website, its services or any of its providers.

3. Community Member Content

   This website and its services maintains basic rules with respect to Community Member Content. All Community Members are required to adhere to these rules.

   The following acts/content are strictly prohibited, and no Community Member may post or broadcast these on this website or its services nor solicit any other Community Member to post or broadcast the same:

   1. Obscenity. For the purpose of this provision, obscene materials include without limitation any actual or simulated scatological, rape, incestual (and depictions of incest), child pornography (or any depiction of child pornography), bestiality, and other actions or materials which may be deemed obscene or illegal in your community.

   2. Depictions of actual or simulated illegal and unsafe actions, including violence, blood, torture, pain, erotic asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm. Illegal drugs (or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in certain locations, such as medicinal marijuana) are strictly prohibited.

   3. Overly large sex toys or animal-shaped sex toys may not be used in your content, and objects may not be used as sex toys unless they are normally marketed and sold for that purpose. This includes any type of mechanical device, tool, "sex machine" or other unusual equipment in your content.

   4. Child pornography and depictions of minors (actual or simulated) on this website, its services or in any Community Member Content are strictly prohibited.    6. Offensive and degrading conduct such as the use of degrading or verbally abusive dialog is not allowed.

   7. Community Members may not share, upload, or offer any content referencing or depicting menstruation, vomit, feces or urine.

   8. Community Members may not share, upload, or offer any content referencing or depicting "bukkake" or "goatse".

These lists are not exclusive, and we or our Model(s) may, at any time, prohibit any activity that is determined, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be inappropriate.

We and our Model(s) reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this website and/or its services at any time, with or without notice, for engaging in any inappropriate activity.

If you are unable to confidently abide by or agree to any part of these Terms in any way, you may not access or use this website or any of its services and should immediately exit and discontinue all use of this website and its services.
